Dissolving Method
Cold Water
Add the flakes in water(30℃)gradually in the proportion of 5%-10%, stir for 2-5mins,leave aside for 1-3 hours, stir again to get even paste, filter it.
Hot Water
Add the flakes in water(25℃-35℃)gradually in the proportion of 5%-10%,heat gradually to the recommended temperature, continue stirring to get even paste, then filter it after cooling down.
Application (10% solution)
Padding:30-80g/L,temperature 30-40℃,one dip & one pad or two dips & two pads, drying and setting.
Dipping:3-8%(o.w.f),temperature 40-60℃,bath ratio 1:10-15,duration in 20-30 mins,hydro-extracted and drying.
