(Thickening agent for disperse printing)

Super Gum –H85 is a natural thickener especially developed for disperse printing on polyester fabrics.

How to use

Preparation of the stock paste(for example, 10%):

Super Gum –H85 10 kg

Water 90 kg

Stock paste 100 kg

Method:

-Mix super gum H-85 with cold water as per above dosage.

-High-speed stirring at least 15 minutes and dissolve them completely.

-After a swelling time about 4-6 hours, the stock paste is ready for use.

-To keep swelling time overnight, it will improve rheological property and homogeneity.

Sodium chlorate 0.5

Ammonium sulphate 5

Deepening agent 10

Add water to 1000

Printing — drying — steaming(128-130℃, 20 minutes) — rinse — soaping — rinse — drying

Packing

In 25kg multiply kraft paper bags, with PE bags inside.

Storage

Keep in cool and dry place, seal bags properly.
